The fact that e.telligent attaches great importance to the team is underlined not only by the specially designed Guiding Principles, but also by the regular team events. Recently, employees from both the Eitensheim and Regensburg locations set off to South Tyrol to spend three varied days there.
The central program points took place in the Safety Park Südtirol - a varied driving experience center, which our INSTART group colleagues from CUBE brand communications market. Among other things, we held internal workshops and lectures on battery management systems there, but were also able to test out the track ourselves - in qualifying and races on karts. An excursion to the provincial capital of Bolzano and a hike at the Montiggl lakes also provided an opportunity to enjoy the cultural diversity of South Tyrol.
In the evenings, the team met at the rustic accommodation at Gruebhof - situated at an altitude of almost 1,000 meters on the sunny side of the Ulten Valley - to round off the days in an informal atmosphere.
