Thanks to the step to e.telligent, I can pursue my goals in a thematically significant and promising field. In particular, the technical focus and the vision are the arguments for e.telligent for me - components and systems for electrified mobility, its digital transformation and the generation of digital business models. Thanks to my experience as a development engineer and project manager at my previous employer, at e.telligent I was also given the opportunity to take on leadership and personnel responsibility and to help build up a development team that now consists of ten people. I have a trusting relationship with my superiors, which gives me a lot of freedom in shaping projects and my areas of responsibility.
As a passionate software developer, I became aware of e.telligent because of the technical focus fields. Shortly after applying, I was contacted by phone. The communication during the entire application process, starting with the first telephone interview, through the personal interview to the day of getting to know each other, was always very open and transparent. Today, in my job as a software developer, I look forward every day to solving our customers' problems with the help of our tools.
My path at e.telligent started with my master's thesis in the field of lithium ion batteries. Right from the start, the support and assistance I received from my contact person at e.telligent helped me to develop sound expert knowledge in this area. This knowledge still benefits me today in my project work and I have the opportunity to develop further in the field of electromobility and battery development in particular. In addition, there is the trust of my superiors in my own work organisation: both the arrangement of working hours and the possibility of working from a home office can be realised at e.telligent.
What I appreciate most about e.telligent is that we are a team of specialists. The high level of professional know-how of our colleagues, coupled with efficiency, promotes fun and motivation in project work. Everyone knows exactly where he or she has to work. As project lead, I also have the freedom to steer the projects in the right direction by making strategic decisions. Nevertheless, I am close to the technology. The ideal combination for me!
