The German Innovation Institute for Sustainability and Digitalization has awarded e.telligent the "Employer of the Future" award. The award winners were analyzed and evaluated as part of a comprehensive review process. In addition to the German Innovation Institute for Sustainability and Digitization, the initiators of the awards are the German Institute for Service and Quality and Brigitte Zypries, former Federal Minister of Economics. The German Innovation Institute for Sustainability and Digitization (DIND) works closely with numerous experts from the fields of business, science and politics. It conducts extensive studies on behalf of partners to assess the future viability of companies. One important DIND initiative in this area is the "Employer of the Future" initiative, which was launched in collaboration with media partner DUP UNTERNEHMER. To receive the "Employer of the Future" seal, candidates must demonstrate their performance in five areas critical to success: modern leadership, innovative strength, progress in digital transformation, employee friendliness and recruiting strategies.
e.telligent was convincing in all these areas and was able to successfully present itself as an economical, ecological, social and digital employer. To receive this rating, the specialist for electromobility underwent a multi-stage assessment process. This procedure included the Smart Company Check, which was developed by experts, and a digital external check. Other elements of the successfully completed analysis process included meta-analyses, customer and employee evaluations, and a review of the company's web and social media presence.
In addition to e.telligent, all other INSTART group companies also received the award. On behalf of the whole group, shareholder Frank Fichtner accepted the award at the official ceremony in Frankfurt am Main. A detailed press release can be read here.
