e.telligent becomes a certified IHK apprenticing company

"An essential part of e.telligent's growth strategy is to develop and promote young people from within the company", explains managing director Christian Matzner. With the certificate as a recognized IHK apprenticing company, the company from Gaimersheim near Ingolstadt has been offering young, creative minds the chance to develop since the beginning of 2020.

"I am pleased that we can now offer talented young people interesting vocational training at e.telligent in addition to exciting internships and working student activities", says Matzner. In order to continuously educate and support trainees, they receive regular internal training in addition to their professional training. Parallel to this, every trainee gets the opportunity to get to know all areas of the company.
